With over 30 years of senior people and culture, and executive coaching experience, Belinda has previously worked for a number of the top ASX listed companies as an employee and in a consulting capacity. Belinda also occupies extensive experience in the finance and wealth, property, legal, health and not for profit industries. Furthermore, Belinda has held board roles in both private and not for profit organisations (NFP), currently occupying the role of Chairperson, for a NFP supporting women, children, youth and families. Belinda is passionate about assisting young people (years 11 & 12 & university students) transition into their career journey with confidence as well as working with people of all ages and occupations, explore the next stage of their career, be it a total change in career direction or aspiring to a leadership or management role. Belinda acknowledges the need for career and business coaching has certainly accelerated since we have shifted to that of a hybrid working environment!
