HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?
True woo connects brands, product owners and retailers with customers online in one place.

For any exchanges or refunds you will need to contact the seller directly. You can find their details on your order confirmation email.

When you contact the seller please include the following:
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your order number
  • Your order number
  • The date of delivery (or collection) of the Product
  • Reason you are returning
  • Your instruction on how you would like the issue resolved
  • Contact phone number
Note: we are unable to offer guarantee on products or refunds for change of mind. We will however always endeavour to do our best to achieve the best and desired outcome for our consumer and product seller.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCT WILL ARRIVE?
Once dispatched all orders are tracked. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details from the respective shipping company. Use this to understand where your product is during transit.

HOW DO YOU SHIP? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Shipping is organised through the seller. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours unless separately advised.

Standard shipping times will vary between 3 - 10 business days and are dependent on the shipping carriers. For items dispatched from an overseas location, delivery times may vary between 7-21 business days.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly, check if you have received a product shipped email. If not, contact true woo seller to find out when the item was sent.

If the item is already on the way, ask for a tracking information to locate the good.

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes you do. With the contact email you provided, you will be kept up to date throughout the entire ordering process, from confirmation of product, payment received to shipping and feedback.

Your bill is also your confirmation. We suggest you keep a copy for proof of purchase, for any queries and or you need to contact the seller or us.

I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
For help amending your mistake, immediately contact the store that you made the purchase with. Their details will be on the purchase invoice. Remember to quote your invoice number.

If you made your purchase whilst logged in to the website you can also find your invoice details in the purchase history of your account.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PRODUCT MEETS TRUE WOO'S QUALITY STANDARDS?
All products on our platform have been curated by true woo's advisory board, including our own naughty forty list. True woo takes this seriously to ensure our customers are receiving the leading wellness related products from around the globe.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
You can choose your appropriate practitioner through either service type or interest type. Once you have found a practitioner, click on their profile and book a relevant session. The session should provide a description, a price and availability.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE BOOKED A SESSION?
After a session has been booked and payment made, you will receive a confirmation email with booking time, date and link to the online session.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY SESSION?
The platform will allow you to reschedule or cancel a session. Please note the following: When a confirmed booking is terminated within 24 hours of scheduled service; or you are a 'no show', a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged and there will be no make-up booking.

Where a confirmed booking is terminated between 24 hours and 72 hours of scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. You may reschedule a booking without penalty provided there is no less than 72 hours notice.
