Festive Butterfly - Purple Tea Mocktail

Ingredients

 

1 Lavender tea bag or loose flowers

Fresh Lime

Lemon Balm drops

Honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

Elderflower syrup (1-2 tablespoons)

Butterfly pea flowers (dried or in tea bag form)

Ice cubes

Crushed ice

Method

 

Brew a cup of Lavender tea using a tea bag or loose flowers. Allow it to steep for 5-7 minutes.

While the tea is brewing, squeeze fresh lime juice into the cup.

Add a few drops of Lemon Balm

Sweeten the tea with honey or your preferred sweetener. Stir well to dissolve.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of elderflower syrup

Add butterfly pea flowers to the tea during the steeping process to naturally infuse a vibrant purple colour.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate or add regular ice cubes.

Next to assemble your mocktail strain the cold tea into a glass with no ice.

 Scoop crushed ice on top of the Lavender Lime Balm tea layer. The crushed ice will float on top, providing a textured contrast and showcasing the colours below.

Garnish with cocktail petals.

Before sipping, give the drink a gentle stir to blend the flavours and colours.

Glowing Mistletoe Mojito - Collagen Mocktail

 

 

Ingredients


1 tablespoon Collagen Powder

50ml hot water

1 teaspoon raw honey

Juice of 1 Lemon

Juice of 1 Lime

A splash of Apple Cider Vinegar

Handful of Mint Leaves

Ice cubes

Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Method

 

In a glass, combine hot water, Collagen Powder, and raw honey. Stir until fully dissolved.

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon and 1 lime into a cocktail shaker.

Add mind leaves and a splash of apple cider vinegar and muddle to release flavour.

Add ice and collagen mix to the shaker and shake well.

In a cocktail glass add ice, strain liquid over ice, and top with passionfruit, lemon or ginger kombucha or sparkling water.

Garnish your Christmas Kombucha Mocktail with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
 

Sparkling Red Kombucha Mocktail

Ingredients

 

¼ cup warm water

1 tbsp of Reds Superfood Powder

250 ml Kombucha Raspberry + Line or Passionfruit

Ice, to serve

Sliced blueberries or citrus and mint leaves to garnish (optional)

 



Method

 

To a glass or pitcher and 50ml warm water. 

Add 1 tbsp bright red superfood powder of choice and stir to dissolve. If you have a matcha whisk you can use that to ensure no lumps, otherwise, you can use a regular fork.

Add ice to a cocktail glass, and top with the dissolved mixture.  
Pour over kombucha. We recommend passionfruit or raspberry and lime kombucha. 

Garnish with fruit slices and mint leaves for a festive party vibe.

Kombucha can be replaced with sparkling water.

Reshi Sangria - Adaptogenic Mocktail

Ingredients

 

1 large orange sliced thinly

1 lemon sliced thinly

1 lime sliced thinly

2 cups of red grapes

1 apple sliced 

2 cups strawberries, halved

2 cups red grape juice

4 cups orange juice

1 tsp Reishi mushroom extract powder

Ice
A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

 

 

Reishi Sangria Mocktail

Method

 

For this delicious and festive mocktail, fill a glass or pitcher with strawberries and grapes and mash.  

Add 2 cups of ice 

Pour in 4 cup of orange juice, 2 cups of red grape juice, then the slices of 1 large orange, 1 lemon, and 1 lime. 

Add 1 tsp of Reishi powder, a few pinches of cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to blend until the powders have dissolved.

Pour into to glass over ice.

Garnish with an orange twist, orange slices, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, and a sprig of rosemary.
