Kunzea Pain Relief Cream (100g): Massage a few grams gently into the affected area 2-4 times daily or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread or absorbed.
Kunzea Muscle Balm (50ml): Apply a small amount to the muscles 2-4 times daily, or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed.

Kunzea Bath Salts (800g): For a bath soak, add ½ cup (or a handful) to a bath and soak for 20-30 minutes to reap the full benefits. For a foot soak, fill a large bowl with enough warm water to reach your ankles and mix in ½ cup of bath salts. Soak for 15-20 minutes while listening to some calming music. For a body scrub, grab a handful of salts and rub them directly onto wet skin, let them sit on the skin for a few minutes, and then wash them off.
