Transform any pair of shoes into grounding shoes with ErtheX grounding strap! Secure the strap to your shoe and you're ready to go - with every step, you'll be connected to the energy of the Earth. ErtheX fits all footwear and helps to relieve electrical tension and improve recovery from athletic activities. It works best with smooth-soled shoes. Featuring revolutionary viscoelastic polymer technology, ErtheX flexes and stretches with your shoe for dynamic use. The strap can be used singularly on a single shoe or doubled up for use on both shoes. Lightweight and 0.25mm thick, you won't even feel it! The PRJ2 strap comes in black, is 270cm in length and has an extra layer of self-healing polymer for extra durability - lasting up to 500km. This layer also makes it easier to use on tougher surfaces.

Peel back the blue liner and stick smaller end on area where shoe cleaner has been applied.
Ensure that as little of the middle stem section is fitted under the shoe (as pictured). Once in position, hold in place with firm pressure for 2 mins. Tip: for maximum durability, check an old pair of shoes and avoid the parts of the sole that tend to get worn down the most.
