Before filling your bathtub with water, place the pillow at the desired location where you'll be resting your head. Ensure that the surface is clean and free from any soap or residue to optimise suction.
After your bath, remove the pillow from the bathtub. If necessary, rinse off any soap or residue from the surface. To clean the pillow, simply toss it into the washing machine with cold water and a mild detergent and air dry.
Storage: Once dry, store the pillow in a dry area until your next use. Utilise the built-in plastic hook to hang it on a towel rack.
