As a Standalone Grounding Product:

Connect the Socks: Attach the earthing cord to the connection tab on each sock.
Plug Into an Earthing Outlet: Insert the other end of the earthing cord into the supplied earthing plug, then plug it into a properly grounded outlet.
Ensure Proper Contact: Make sure the socks are snug on your feet to maintain good contact between your skin and the conductive silver fibres.
With Other Earthing Products:

Standing on a Grounded Surface Outdoors: Simply wear the socks while standing or walking on grass, soil, sand, or concrete. The socks will connect your body to the Earth's natural energy.
Using an Earthing Mat, Sheet, or Throw: Place your feet on the mat, sheet, or throw while wearing the socks to enhance your grounding experience.
With Grounding Footwear: Wear the socks inside grounding shoes or with a grounded shoe strap to maintain a connection to the Earth as you move.
Care and Maintenance:

Washing: Wash the socks by hand or on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water using mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the silver fibres.
Drying: Air dry the socks. Avoid using a tumble dryer to preserve the integrity of the conductive material.
