While working at Australia’s largest adult psychiatric hospital, Vivienne curates meditations, programs and retreats that cultivate confidence and consistency, so you can reap the benefits of a mindful mind Her approach is trauma-sensitive, evidence-based and a skillful combination of clinical expertise, eastern philosophy and formal practice.

As someone who works in a fast-paced industry like healthcare, Vivienne is well positioned to support other busy professionals. That said, Vivienne also has experience in working with young adults (17-25 years). Her clinical experience, training in various mindfulness-based psychotherapies and warm nature makes her well suited to work with and support a wide audience.
