Description Withania Complex contains Withania traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a calminative and nevine and to relieve sleeplessness. In addition, Korean Ginseng and Withania are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress. Withania is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine:- to aid in the recovery from illness- as a calminative and nevine- to relieve sleeplessness- to support mental recall Skullcap is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine:- as a body and nerve tonic- to relieve restlessness Korean Ginseng and Withania are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress Licorice is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy adrenal gland function Warnings Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or diabetes or if you are taking antidepressants, blood thinners, vasodilators (dilate the vascular system to treat heart conditions), and any product to treat atrial fibrillation (a heart rhythm disorder), antihypertensives (for high blood pressure). Consumption of alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are taking diuretics, cardiac glycosides, immune-suppressants, stimulant laxatives or other products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.
