Diffuser: Add a few drops of Stress Relief to a diffuser and use during times of stress or tension
Inhalation: Diffuse or inhale before a public speaking event or taking a test
Inhalation: Put a drop or two on an eye pillow or tissue, relax and let go
Inhale throughout the day to alleviate anxiety
Topical: If particularly stressed, apply one drop to hands, rub together, and inhale deeply
