This blend is refreshing, uplifting yet calming, helping you to focus, find clarity & assist in reviving your mental state. Ideal in a diffuser or also available in an Essential Mist spray. INGREDIENTS: Essential oils of Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lime & Basil. - 15mls .
