The third eye chakra is located between the eyebrows. It is the sixth chakra and is the centre of your intuition and wisdom. It is the link between your inner and outer world and how you perceive it.

RITUAL: Apply between the brows, at the bridge of the nose or use as a perfume oil. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly and repeat the affirmation.
