Energy: It is probably the most used stone for meditation practice. It carries the Violet vibration, the most helpful vibration to assist us during a period of change, as it is a good balancer between the mind and the body. The state of balance that we can experience with Amethyst allows us to identify emotional patterns and bring them to a level of consciousness where they can be addressed.

Cleanse in cool running water and can be charged in rock crystal if needed, even though Amethyst holds the charge for an extended period. DO NOT charge in Hematite.
