The Shadow Tea is a Traditional Earl Grey Style Tea. That is a Black tea flavoured with Bergamot. We use a Sri Lankan Black tea called Kenilworth Ceylon Tea and have blended it with finely cut Bergamot Peel and added Cornflower.
Brew:
1 tsp (teaspoon) / 2-3 minutes. Add honey, sugar, milk as desired.
Ingredients:
Kenilworth Ceylon Black Tea from Sri Lanka blended with Certified Organic Bergamot Peel finely cut and Cornflowers.
