Selenite harmonisers are a powerful tool to help deepen your meditation practise or when you are experiencing heightened stress or anxiety.

Selenite is believed to calm, heal and balance the body and mind. It brings a gentle protective energy.

RITUAL

~ Find a quiet space and sit comfortably.

~ Hold each harmoniser in your hand, and take 3 deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

~ Imagine that your harmonisers begin to radiate white light, as you continue to breathe the white light expands filling up your body. 

~ Hold this space for as long as it feels comfortable.

~ Once you finished seal your practise by affirming;

" I am calm, I am inwardly still, I am at peace" 

Other uses;

~ When you are experiencing heightened stress or anxiety hold each harmoniser in your hand, breathe deeply, exhaling slowly. Continue to work with your breathe for 5 minutes or until you feel calm.

~ During your yoga practise place one harmoniser at each end of your yoga mat. This will help hold your space.

~ Place in a central position in your home to help purify and cleanse the energy
