It may also help to detoxify the body by stimulating blood circulation. Body combing | Anoint the skin with our meditate body oil. Start by working the comb down the outside of each limb then up the inside. Continue this process for 3-4 minutes or until you feel ready to finish. Complete the ritual repeating the affirmation. If you prefer not to leave the oil on your skin, then jump in the shower or complete the ritual while the water is running over your body, or better yet enjoy this practise while bathing. Hair combing | Anoint the skin with oil, take 3 deep breaths, exhaling slowing. Add a dropper full of oil to your hair treatment or apply directly to the scalp. Starting from the front of the crown work the comb in downward strokes toward the nape. Continue this process until you feel ready to finish. Seal the practise by repeating the affirmation.
